Prinzip

Darstellung von Granulozytenanreicherungen im Körper
Vorbereitung Patient:
  • intravenöser Zugang.
  • Nach Injektion Patient ca. 1h beobachten
  • Vorsicht HAMAs bei zweiter AK Injektion.
Untersuchungs-
ablauf		 nach der Injektion ca 1 h Beobachtung des Patienten.
GK, Einzelaufnahmen, ev. SPECT von Schädel, Thorax, Abdomen, Becken

Bei Entzündungssuche : Aufnahmen 24h p.i

Bei Knochenmarksdarstellung : Aufnahmen 4h p.i.
